Up next in the Team Katswell Character Guide is another one of Jack Rabbit's cronies, and probably the most creative villain OC I've created, the poisonous arrow-shooting amphibian known as Poison Archer.

Powers & Abilities:
Poison Archer uses his species' natural toxic skin to poison his enemies. Although it's not lethal, the pain is excruciating enough to leave him/her out for a few hours. And as his name implies, Archer is a skilled archer, shooting arrows with pin-point accuracy, making his mark every time. His villain schtick is that he rubs his poison onto his arrows, and shoots his own poison at his targets.

Bio:
Ever since he was a young tadpole, Bernard Strawberry always had a keen eye, and lightning quick reflexes. He was always quick to catch something, and whenever he threw something, it would always hit its target with dead-on accuracy. By the time he was in high school, Bernard signed up for the school archery team, and proved to be sure shot with a bow and arrow. He was so good, he became captain of the archery team, and helped the team take first place in various school archery tournaments. After graduating from high school, Bernard decided to use his archery skills to sign up for the Olympics that were going to held in Nova Scotia next summer.
However, it wasn't long before Bernard discovered that his type of frog can secrete poison from their skin. He also found out that hunters in the Amazon use that poison in their hunting arrows. So, he eventually gave up on his dream of joining the Olympics, and decided to turn to a life of crime under the name "Poison Archer." He set up shop in Petropolis, and began terrorizing the citizens with his poison-tipped, and how accurate he was at hitting his targets. He eventually became an instant celebrity in the Petropolis underworld, and was a favorite henchman amongst crime bosses to hire when they need someone taken care of.
One day, though, the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force was called in to deal with Poison Archer's poisonous arrows. They did so by equipping their agents with hard armor that could protect them from his arrows and his poisonous skin as well. Afterwards, Archer was sent to prison, where he befriended former TUFF agent Jack Rabbit. After seeing him demonstrate his amazing accuracy on the dartboard in the rec room, Jack was impressed, and offered him to join his gang of criminals. He agreed, and he used his poison arrows to knock out the guards long enough during Jack's big breakout for him and a bunch of other inmates to escape, and commit more crimes in public.
A year or so later, Jack formed an alliance with Lady Malmsteen, and Poison Archer was offered to join her in her criminal pursuits. He then assisted Malmsteen in kidnapping the contestants of the Miss Petropolis pageant so she can drain their youth and beauty so she can have it all to herself. When Team Katswell intervened, and rescued the hostages, Archer found himself face to face with the Team's powerhouse, Elvis Stantler, and thought that if he could bring down the strongest elk in Petropolis, he'll go down in history. So, he tried very hard to shoot his poison-tipped arrows at Elvis, but his muscles proved to be too dense for the arrows to penetrate, and allow the poison to enter his bloodstream. Then, after running out of arrows, Elvis proceeded to clobber Archer, basically leaving him out cold. After Malmsteen pinned the blame on the Team's butler, Rocky, and fled the crime scene, Archer was taken back to prison along with the other members of Malmsteen's gang, but still continues to be a thorn in Team Katswell's side on various occasions.

Personality & Traits:
Poison Archer is very athletic and competitive, and he usually likes to get going on his crimes whenever he can. He's full of energy and thinks that a good time for him is to go out and shoot his arrows at something, and just have fun with his victims. And, as a crook, he's no more ruthless than his cohorts, and mostly just sees his target (whether it's a citizen for kidnapping, or a treasure for him to steal) as prey for his hunter's instinct. So, he's basically a hunter that enjoys the thrill of the hunt.
When it comes to his fellow cohorts on both Jack and Malmsteen's gangs, he actually gets along with them rather well. Archer sees fellow Lady M Gang member Iggy Spikes as a brother to him, and he enjoys starring in little short videos that Iggy makes between heists. He's also one of the few minions of Malmsteen to feel uncertain about her motives, but Archer likes her skills with a crossbow, though. And, although he hates Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell, he views Elvis as the ultimate prey, and won't rest until he has an arrow in his flesh.
However, Poison Archer's biggest weakness is the fact that he can't stand still. He's so energetic and ready for action, he can't seem to remain in one spot for so long. Archer is also very claustrophobic, which again factors into his eagerness to get moving. He also doesn't like it when he runs out of arrows, since he thinks his poison is what makes him "untouchable" as he calls it. But, Archer is still a fast-moving opponent for Team Katswell to go up against, and he tries his best to give them his worst.
