Before I go any further describing the picture itself, I would just like to say that this character is no longer named Titi. I decided to rename her Maya because she has inspired by Egyptian mythology and I wanted to give her an actual Egyptian name, and it ended up being one that's actually not too rare to hear in the USA. Plus, my voice function does not register the name Titi, and I already have several characters within her universe that start with the letter t, including Toasty and Master Tumba. (Plus there's Titus. I really need to draw Titus and Shelby's current look.)

In this picture, Maya is showing off her size to a scoundrel. Considering the scoundrel is almost only as big as her leg, you can imagine he'd be intimidated. But he has both a gun and a knife. Maya is just looking at those toys and is like "hmm hmm hmm hmm hmm, belly." She is no stranger to getting poked and shot, and if it wasn't unsightly and detracted from her design, she would be covered in shallow knife and bullet wounds. Her body just laughs at those weapons. Against a big fat sumo wrestling Alippo Potigator, bad guys might want to rethink their strategy... Or at least try to go at her as a group.

It also doesn't help that she is extremely ugly. However, she is a creature who Embraces ugliness. She finds that prettiness is dumb, and that the ugliest and most extravagant hero is the best at intimidating the bad guys.

Despite her brutal nature against bad guys and her tendency to outburst, she is a kind and caring creature who cares deeply about her friends and allies. She is not without her flaws, however. She is not a cool headed creature, and tends to think recklessly, especially when toasty tells her to think rationally. She also tends to become violent when angry, as hippos tend to to do. These things oftentimes gets her and her friends into trouble.

Despite this, she tends to take situations the most seriously out of any of her allies, and also has the most experience out of anyone. Add that to the fact that she is the biggest besides Master Tumba (I really need to make an official size chart because I keep changing their size) and this is what lenter the status of being the co-captain of Team meteor. Plus, Master Tumba thinks that being co-captain would be a good way for her to improve herself.
