Bruce: A jock and a great football player in Weston High. He is a burly and slightly muscular blonde man with pierced ears who often bullies the weaker studies. Despite his size and delinquent-like appearance, he is one of the top students in his class and is a member of the student council. He especially dislikes Max for his wild behaviour and believes he is is only a troublemaker. He was shocked when he discovers Max's powers and starts to develop a certain respect to him but is also somewhat jealous of him because of his powers and attracting many girls overtime.

Shun: A reserved but ambitious childhood friend of Rena. He is the son of another wealthy family and is the treasurer in the student council in Weston High, excelled in both academics and athletics. He is arrogant and often looks down on some of the younger students. Being a member of the student council, he has feelings for Rena and develops a strong envy and jealously with Max. It grew to hatred when he saves him from a shadow minion attack and believes he should be the one with Max's powers.

Louis: Another of Rena's childhood friends. Like Bruce, he is a jock but is slightly plump than him. He is one of Shun's closest friends and is a member of the student council. He is also protective of Rena whom he admires like most of the students in Weston High. Like Shun, he greatly despises Max for his close relationship to Rena. His hatred for him grew when he reveals his powers after saving him. Together with Shun, they try to get Max into all sorts of trouble and prove that Shun is a better hero but it only caused more trouble for the both of them.
