Mc.Hannibal: The CEO of the HANNIBAL INDUSTRIES, the most powerful company in all of America. He is incredibly vain and arrogant and shows no respect to anyone but himself. He is known for being power-hungry, opportunistic, a liar and a master manipulator, allowing him to become the most popular man due to his immense power. He hopes to expand his company across the entire world, even if it means poisoning all of Mother Earth. He greatly despises nature and Max who becomes a great obstacle in his plans. As a result, he becomes one of Max's greatest adversaries. It is revealed that he is a reincarnation of a powerful warlord.

Slick: Mr Hannibal's loyal secretary. Like his boss, he is incredibly snobbish, arrogant and supports his boss with every decision. However, he is also a coward, preferring not to fight strong opponents and likes to pick on the weak.

John Stalker: A ruthless and cruel poacher who is obsessed with hunting the rarest of creatures. He and Max have a fierce history back in Africa, where Max's always ruins his plans. In their last encounter, Max fought and managed to scar John on the face for harming his animal friends. He joins Mc.Hannibal and the Devourer to get his revenge on Max.

The Devourer: An ancient, evil spirit who feeds on pollution and negative emotions from the dawn of time. Long ago, the Devourer and his followers tried to plunge the Earth in chaos, decay and darkness. However, he was defeated and imprisoned by the original Wild Guardian, his human and animal allies and the Guardian Beasts. He was later freed by Mc.Hannibal and forms an alliance with him by promising him immortality and immense powers. Together, they sent out shadow minions and evil spirits and demons to enslave all of humanity and destroy the new Wild Guardian.

Arthor: The Devourer's second-in-command. He is a cruel and sadistic demon who views humans as inferior. He is incredibly loyal to the Devourer and disapproves of the alliance with Mc.Hannibal but follows his orders nonetheless. He is another of Max's greatest enemies

Medea: A beautiful black-haired woman who is the descendant of a sorcerer. She is skilled in praticing black magic and is quite cunning to her victims. She falls in love and is obsessed with Max.
