Chapter 34: Team W.I.L.D!!!!

Mikey brought out a strange huge bundle. “I have something to show you something.” He explained. “It might be useful in fighting against Mc.Hannibal’s robots or those shadow monsters.”

He unwrapped the long button and to everyone’s amazement, revealed an array of weapons. “Woah, Mikey!!!!” exclaimed Jake. “How did you get these weapons?!” “I made them myself.” Mikey explained, smirking.

“I invented these with mechanics and robotics.” Mikey proudly added. “They can produce large amount of energy.” “Wow!” David asked. “How did you make them?!” Mikey grinned. “Well, I’m good with mechanics and robotics” he explained.

“This is amazing!” Jenny exclaimed in excitement. “What do you think, Max?!” Max smiled as well. “Max, I didn’t know you could make weapons like this.” He said. Mikey smiled back. “Yeah… sorry I didn’t mention it to you.” He replied.

“Alright, everyone.” Mikey stated. “These weapons are dangerous so you have to be careful when using them.” “I each made a weapon that best suits you.” With that, he started handing out weapons to the others.

To Jenny, he gave a metallic bo staff. “This bo staff is able to change to any length you want.” He explained. Gesturing to two small buttons on one end of the pole “Push the small green button to make it grow and the blue button to make it shrink.” Jenny marveled at it as she clutched it in her hands. “Woah, thanks Mikey.” She whispered.

He gave David a pair of armored gauntlets. “These gauntlets project powerful energy shock that can smash through anything, even concrete and steel.” He explained “I figured you could use them.” “Cool!!!” David exclaimed, putting the gauntlets on.

Finally, for Jake, he gave a long sharp spear. “This spear is incredibly versatile and can pierce through the toughest material.” “I believe you should have this.” He spoke. “Thanks, Mikey!” Jake replied, taking the spear.

“Mikey, these weapons are amazing.” Max said. “Well, I figured if we want to help you in this fight, we need to be prepared.” Mikey replied. “Yeah, bro!” David added, punching his fists together, making a clanging sound as he did. “Like Jenny said, we’re behind you every step of the way.”

Max smiled gratefully. “Gosh, everyone.” Max said. “Thank you, guys again.” “So, what should we call ourselves?” asked Mikey. Everyone looked at him. “Well, a team needs a name, right?” he continued.

“How about the Furious Five?” offered David. “No, that’s already taken.” Jake replied. “Maybe the Beast Legion?” “No,” Jenny added. “Besides, only Max can transform.” She thought for a moment, then she smiled.

“How about Team W.I.L.D?” she offered. Everyone was surprised. “It’s to honor the Wild Guardian.” She explained, turning to Max with a smile on her face. “Since Max is the new Wild Guardian, we should name it after him.”

Max smiled back. “Team W.I.L.D?” he repeated. “I like it.” “Very well, then!” Mikey exclaimed, standing up and putting his palm out. The other four placed their hands on top of his. “From this day onward, we shall be known as Team W.I.L.D!!!” he decleared.

“YYYYYEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!” the friends cheered as they raised their hands up high. Max, in particular, was elated. Together, with his friends, he was ready to take on any challenge thrown at him.
