So we get to finally see our final member of our little group. And we also get to see what they think a Draaknei looks like. Which would be about what you'd expect from a game of Monster Telephone. If everyone is afraid of a thing and superstitious about even looking at it, descriptions are prone to getting way out there really fast, especially when there is no way to give any definitive description. Fiin's point, however, does have a lot of logic to it.
And there actually is a very good reason why there can be no accurate description allowed for Mige's people. And as you can probably infer, dragons don't allow it. It's kind of a spoiler but not really a pertinent one. Like Hunting Death is a 7 book series. This spoiler won't even have any relevance till near the end of book 2, and isn't officially mentioned until book 7. But dragons consider Mige's people to be sacred. Their name for Mige's race are the Jhiyuren or 'Death Hunters.' Like for most of the more ancient races that aren't prejudiced against them, the Jhiyuren are known to seek out death, not only their own, but the deaths of the many and the important. Thus for dragons, if a Jhiyuren/Draaknei does not witness their death, it is seen as the heavens shunning that dragon, denying them access to the afterlife.
So yeah, as Mige's people are seen by dragons as their only way to get into heaven, they can get just a bit overprotective about the race. They don't go about trying to make sure every single one is protected, but they do protect them as a whole. This means absolutely no descriptions of them allowed, even amongst other dragons, it's considered the worst kind of taboo. And they'll even go and burn down whole villages for simply getting too close to a Jhiyuren settlement. But describing in great detail all the things you can do with Draaknei blood is somehow seen as perfectly fine. So yeah, dragons are weird and actually somewhat shows how much the dragons actually trust Rophan's home village in that you have a village of elves within the same forest as Mige's home village and the dragons haven't gone after it.

Well that kind of drawing would probably be something that I wouldn't be able to do in all of a few hours so would have to be a major project. And on that I'm currently going through Usael's Team 4 Team photo. After that one eventually finishes I might do this one next depending on if I need to really push to get the Team 13 Team photo done in time (team 4 and team 13 needs to be all done and good for the first event)
