It's actually a pretty neat figure to start with, but to really make it look like a sergal you should do a few things:
1: File off the ears with a metal file and craft new ones that point backwards
2: Redo the tail. For a design based on her newer pics the tail should start out thick but taper back to the end and for the more classic design the tail should just flow down while maintaining about the same width all the way down.
I really wouldn't recommend making the tail go out straight as this was only in one image - the "Fio" image - and that was more a precursor to Nevreans than anything else. I also wouldn't make the chin so pointy and give it a more shark-like appearance, but this is a matter of taste given I prefer the more classic design. Either way, I'd never make the tail point upwards like this, it's always just sort of swaying behind them in most of the images.
Also, if you're going to model figs I can't recommend greenstuff enough, and for armor I'd recommend just covering it in greenstuff and shaping the figure's armor out of the greenstuff you cover it with. There's plenty of greenstuff tutorials on the interwebs if you need one.
