Introduction of Gulzam, a highly intelligent starfleet officer hailing from a militaristic-technocratic expanse, where a council of starship commanders operates as the directors of society. This character is bound to no official lore or story yet, I planned him with the initial intend of use in roleplay and futuristic D&D. This base version will serve as reference for further mechanical body mods to be added in the future.
Gulzam can dabble in various fields of engineering and projectile weaponry, or operate most vehicles, followed by an alien-, reptilian logic that performs outstanding at thinking outside the box. Yet his thought and expression can stroke other, more social races off as cold and simple. While still remaining a predator at heart, he prides himself over spoils and the squashing of weaker creatures as part of the species' militaristic imprinting, and his booted fashion being a personal matter of pride and prestige for a quirk.
