Gareth Archibald is a former human who was working on a new type of crossbow throwing a metal pellet using black powder. At some point in his design phases he visited a small town with an odd reputation for interestingly employed kobolds. Never thought he would wake up as one.

So far he and his invention the "Pistol" are ready for action as he endeavors to find out how he became a kobold and to protect his invention.
