Weaknesses: Above average physical strength and durability leaves him at a disadvantage with stronger opponents or more devastating attacks. His powers also primarily work with the moon phases, so he's weaker during the waning or new moon phases.

Personality: Happy-go-lucky, a bit slow on the uptake and sometimes forgetful or absentminded, but very passionate about certain things. One of those being orange creamsicles, which he keeps one of on his person at all times and can often be seen with a popsicle stick in his mouth as a result. He is afraid of being isolated or alone though, and because of this he is very attached to his group of friends, as well as tending to socialize with just about anyone he meets.

Background: Brian lived a fairly normal, if somewhat tough life. His mother was the only one to raise him, no extended family around or willing to help out, and his father had left before Brian was even born. Though support was sent here and there from his mysterious father, whom his mother never talked about and looked away when questions were asked about him. As a result, Brian felt alone in the world, even with his mother taking care of him as a parent should. He stayed quiet in the back of classes, rarely talking with his classmates or the teacher,

As time went on, Brian sought out means of keeping himself happy, as life at home was often quiet, dull, and sometimes maddening. In a stroke of luck, he met a group of friends during a visit to the city's premier club for some excitement, and within time, became a member of their group. Although he had a rough start with poor social skills, he was helped out by Selkie, Etrian, and Samuel to get better at it through encouragement and practice. And it was through them he found his biggest passion, his love for orange creamsicles, which would play a part later on.

One day, an incident during a trip to the beach awakened the powers in Brian from his father's side of the family, and after using them to help a superhero defeat a band of thugs making trouble, he was convinced by his friend group to use his powers to help out the city as a superhero himself. After much deliberation, he agreed, Selkie's brother designing him a suit based on his wishes. And so, Lune Groove came to be another defender of Coast City!
