what you need
- Polk kielbasa sliced
- can of baked beans -or frozen
- can of kidney beans - or frozen
- 3 Zucchini diced
- 2 bell peppers diced
- pepper
- garlic salt
- 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- half a red onion diced
take your butter in a LARGE skillet and let it melt. toss in your chopped garlic, bell pepper, and onions
and let it simmer for a while. stir occasionally.
now toss in your chopped zucchini, this is when you want to toss in your spices, you know what you like
so be liberal or reserved. let that sit for a good bit
till the Zucchini is tender. stir occasionally to mix it in well.
finally, toss in your black and kidney beans with your sliced kielbasa. stir in well and let it all
cook together for a bit. when everything is hot and tender and looks good to eat. DO SO!
the garlic and pepper REALLY go well with the oniony taste
a tasty and filling meal, with low carbs!
