Since I've moved to an apartment in the Philly area, I really can't do much grilling. However, this is one of the best things I've made. The shrimp, once fully cooked is just short enough to have the beef be a medium rare. The yellow you see is a home made honey mustard sauce I made just for this. Additionally, we also have red onion, Bellini mushrooms, plum tomato and zucchini.
Ingredients:
Bellini Mushrooms
Roma tomatoes
Jumbo shrimp with or without tails
Chuck steak
Green or red bell pepper (or any pepper you would like, especially for spice)
Zucchini
Red onion
Cut all the pieces to roughly the bite size same size. Marinate the steak and shrimp with your favorite marinade for about an hour. Heating the grill to medium high and soak any wooden kabob sticks in water (or if you want to be creative, white wine) for about 30 minutes. Stick the pieces into the kabob leaving about one inch on each end to grab. Grill for about 15 minutes (longer for well done steak), turning to avoid burning. Serve immediately.

From Chris: Some mariandes I personally recommend:
"Soy Vey" sauces - https://www.amazon.com/Soy-Vay-Variety-Teriyaki-Garlic/dp/B01DG9VYEW/ref=asc_df_B01DG9VYEW/?tag=bingshoppinga-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=&hvpos=&hvnetw=o&hvrand=&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=e&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=&hvtargid=pla-4583520382711767&psc=1
Aldi's Asian ginger dressing - https://www.aldi.us/en/products/pan.....lad-dressings/
(They also have an apple thyme salad dressing that is BOMB)
Lite Italian / Greek dressing ( I would recommend "Ken's" though Newmans also does very well)
Basically anything with a vinegar base, those "cream" style dressings Im not a fan of :B
