This was fun! I had to find a balance for the creature between gentle and lumbering but also absolutely capable of putting up a fight.

It always confuses me when I see someone I recognize on the homepage, I just finished The Songhai Empire - Africa's Age of Gold by Fall of Civilizations so I guess it's fitting. Very cool death-slothinator
You know how giraffes do that thing where they flail their heads at each other when fighting like....uhm,flails?
I can totally see this fellow doing that. Like. An especailly spiky flail-head

Impressive. Interesting choice of clothing for the humans, very beautiful scenery and an interesting desingn for the creature and the saddle.
What do you have in mind in terms of a tail? Something rather slim and short like on an elephant or a giraffe? It's hard to tell considering the pose and point of view.
The question, that comes to my mind is:
Are these claws meant for digging, fighting, or both? Or maybe something else?
Because, if they are used for fighting the creature would either swipe with only one paw at a time, supporting the body with the tree remaining ones. Or stand more or less upright during a fight.
If standing upright a rather thick and long tail would be useful as a counterweight for the long neck.
Please don't take this as criticism. It's just a thought that came to my mind.
