Ingredients:
1 1/4c Flour
1c Milk (more if needed)
1T Vegetable oil
2T Salt
2T Lemon Pepper
1T Malt Salt
1/2t Baking powder
Feel free to add any seasonings you want, just don't over do it!!
UPDATE: These were cooked for 4 - 5 minutes, until browned and crispy.

From Chris: I would also add that you should cook these in small batches, don't overcrowd your frying pot. Peanut oil or canola oil are the best oils for frying since they have a high smoke point. What's more, you -can- reuse your oil if it is a "first fry" (after 3 or more, I would have to say you would need to recycle the oil, do NOT throw it down your sink.) The best temp for frying is 325 degrees F (please use a cooking thermometer).
