This Draconer, named Vacann, is an anti-hero. They are high in self-indie, quiet, and tend to make decisions for themselves, ignoring hero's ethics. So he fights alone, not paying much attention to team battles. But he is always being watched by someone, sometimes seen by some of these heroes as well. As for the matter of the power within him It was the power obtained from the god of the black hole, he was chosen to represent the black hole god, giving Vacann the power conditionally.
