This little guy was washed up on our doorstep with the massive deluge of rain we've been getting (a hurricane and tropical storm back to back...yay moisture); I've been told it's a toad--I'm rather ignorant when it comes to identifying amphibians. Either way, it's kind of cute for a red-eyed demon toad. :P

Apparently it's called a Woodhouse's Toad, and they're popular here in Texas. It probably came from a nearby duck pond that flooded earlier with all the sudden rain. (The pond was coming up and over the bridge that covered it!)
