I used Goteer's Fursona maker on VRCmods.com/item/5264 as the base model. Had to modify it a bunch on Blender to get it working properly(sorta) but I highly recommend if you suck at modeling like I do. Textures were done on Substance Painter using Eslar's Fur Brush.
