Designed myself a little raptor boy, originally on the chibi furvilla base, i transferred most of the original design back to this one. Slapped some things together and here we go! I used the color palette of a Harpy Eagle, as theyre one of my two top fav predatory birds. His little feathered arms are really the only thing on him that is resemble the harpy.
