Twenty years ago, I created Sobek Wanikami as my fursona. Since then, he evolved a life of his own, in his own elaborate Waniverse, and I thought that it was time for me to separate myself as the artist from him and let Sobek be his own OC character. After a couple of years of figuring it all out, I decided to create a new fursona for myself, Krokomaru. I wanted to add elements of my other kroko characters in Krokomaru's design; Butch's black hair, Sobek's purple fauxhawk, and Lance's beard. Incidently, when I gave Sobek fuzz back in 2005, I had a goatee at the time. When designing Krokomaru back a couple of years ago, I had a beard, so I wanted to give him one too. Sadly, I don't have prismatic purple hair like Kroko does. D=>
