I dunno, I had a weird thought of Lilith being one of the commanders of the Underworld, feared, despite her small size!
As a demonic lion, she makes sure her wrath is something you DO NOT want.
Without mercy, she'll feed you to the hellhounds and watch as you get eviscerated in gore-filled fantasies.
I don't think there's much hope if she catches you, unless you can sway something in her favour.
