As strange as it may seem, my character of Ukeiuwa would technically be considered a mage. It's just how she likes to use magic is unconventional. Instead of big, flashy attacks she prefers to make it that more satisfying and effective to beat people down and all the defensive spells needed to get her to you. And she has no qualms at all about aiming below the belt. In fact, that's her favorite location to hit because of how effective it is against men. Yeah, she's not a good person.
And when considering that she'd be casting a spell to harden her leg to be as strong as steel or stronger, increase her muscles so that they can move better, create a vacuum between her leg and the goal and then when contact is made create an explosion at the contact point. And put all that into one very sensitive location, yeah, they're likely going down.
As for the image itself, I really like how the expression turned out. The human didn't turn out that good but I didn't really care about them. This drawing did still take me 6 hours to draw (just the sketch part somehow took me 2 hours). Also not happy with how her arms turned out, I didn't do a good job of distinguishing where one arm ends, so it just looks like one very fleshy object
