I do hope they have a new Starfox fame for the Wii; I just hope it's more in the vein of Adventures than Assault (not that I didn't enjoy Assault, just Adventures had dinosaurs and puzzles and was therefore better).

I'm with you, man. I really do want to see a new SF Wii which I'm very sure that it is bound to happen despite how popular that franchise is.

It had better happen! Still, I'm not expecting anything to be as awesome as Starfox Adventures. That game is still one of my favorite adventure games period (Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess is the only thing competing for the top slot).

I agree with you there. Like you SF Adventures is also one of my favorite adventure games along with Twilight Princess(which has a really good story). As for SF itself, it's been one of those franchises that fans have been demanding over the last 4 years ever since Shigeru Miyamoto(creator of Mario, Zelda, Starfox, and DK) mentioned it back in 2006. If you want, you can look at my recent journal entry that I posted in my FA page and you'll see why. It even talked about what happened at E3 2010 this year. Now that the Big N has revealed 2 franchises this year at E3 which were Donkey Kong and Kirby which we haven't seen them in a while, they need to keep up this momentum for next year's E3 2011 to reveal the last 3 major franchises which are Starfox, Pikmin and F-Zero. I believe that they will have a very good chance to show up for next year's expo. What do you think? ^^

That sounds like a reasonable prognosis. They do have quite a few franchises that they promote. Although I've heard they are already working on a new Zelda game. This isn't too surprising, that and Mario are their two most popular franchises.

Still, they must move faster on that new Star Fox game! It's the furriest franchise and thus deserves the most attention!

True and you're right about a new Zelda game that is in the works and won't be out until next year. As for Mario, now that they have released Galaxy 2, I think that now is the time to give the plumber a much needed break in platformer games and hope that they don't push for a third Galaxy game which could be overkill there. As for Starfox, that is not only one of their popular franchises, but it is long overdue for a new one on the Wii.

Agreed on all counts. Mario's had enough. Let's give the Fox and Dinosaurs another try!

Tell me about it. Other 1st-party franchises that we have yet to see on the Wii deserve a chance to be in the spotlight and Mario shouldn't hog all the glory while leaving their other franchises in the dark and in the cold.

i want to leave a comment but i'm a bit braindead at the moment. basically i think it's a really nice job.

These two really look like long-time companions, via the poses and expressions. Is that moss growing on the tricerataur's head and shoulders? Striking detail, like the purple tattoos on the frog. And glowy eyes are always cool!
