More from our police force, this time for Andy's division. He is basically the *tank* and the one that takes more of the fire storm and hits when things get out of hand with criminals. His shell is resistant to all kind of gunfire. Also he can roll inside his shell to resist most of the incoming attacks and to catch on fleeing criminals. :) Also it might not be seen but he actually a endless black hole with food and can eat a lot :)

Also he is also the one who coordinates attacks and operations. Everyone trusts his guidance
