"The Red Network" was the story in which it was revealed that Sergei and Henry were elves, something hinted at when Sergei dropped a number of references, but Henry's status was only revealed at the end; one of the Winterbough stories mentions a relative named Sergei who fled Elfhame after running afoul of the [Doe-Moot].
