Baalf front and side sketches

Someone on YouTube wanted to draw him and wanted a reference sheet, so I drew a couple of sketches for him, but I'm not that happy with them. The problem with Baalf is that he is an awkward character with awkward Anatomy. Part of me is wondering how he really should look, and I have a feeling it shouldn't be like this.
