This is the last page of Glyph & Sigil's first comic, Conservation. Sigil went on a quest to save her people by reproducing with the last member of her species, her lost twin brother, Glyph. Her plan was successful, she gave birth to a healthy liter of pups, and now her species can begin to cover. Concerned about her babies' health, financial cost and other responsibilities, Sigil takes them to a care facility. A bit of confusion happens when the receptionist mistakes them for mammals and denies them service, explaining that it is a hatchery. In a less then polite manner, Sigil explains that they are rare endangered species that lays eggs, and under the conservation law, they are allowed to used their facility free of charge in an attempt to preserve their species. The receptionist realizes her error and allows the pups to stay there. But, this isn't the end of their adventure. With access to a day care and their peoples' future secure, Glyph & Sigil can set out to find their lost civilization and restore their culture.
