Kaia is a dweller from a backwater world, where the land values are poor, the life expectations are extremely low, and everyone focus to survive.
But the truth is, a nation from afar exploit on the weak, making them sure no one thrives but them.
That is, until day, Kaia realizes she can tap into mana, gaining the ability to manipulate water. Her foes mocks on her little experience though, they called her magical acts a "Dribble", a title where Kaia holds with pride as said dribbling managed to trick these opponents one way or another. In the end, she begins on uncertain quest where, someday, her people would prosper.
