From what I've read in copyright laws, showcasing a protected work isn't a breach of copyright. Logos and trademarks, I'm not so sure, but I can say that this in no way an attempt to mislead and misuse the trademark name. I think suing is really out of the question in this case.

I found it weird that I was extremely nervous about buying them for my self, but when I became a caregiver for my grandmother I was just like "Yup these'll do *strolls by other people no fucks given*"

Funny how this works; when I first bought some, I was way more nervous walking up to the store than actually buying some.
In fact, while I was searching for the fight ones someone even said there were more "ladies hygiene products" on the other side of the aisle. And I seriously had to fight the urge to say something like "I'm sorry, can you not see that I am male? I am obviously looking for men's diapers!".

It looks like Viken was a very cute, nice, and helpful shop assistant and Gem is super cute when she is blushing and embarrassed, lol. I really love Viken's smile and pose and Gem's blushing face at the last panel. I could be wrong, but it looks like to me that Viken knew all along that it was for Gem instead of her Gran, haha. XD
