July 31 in Rochester NY will be the home of Frozen Oasis XXII at Panda Party 2010. Here's the artwork for it, by the ever-talented 
onewingedweasel featuring 
soron1991 in civil war cavalry regalia yelling at 
jaspian for "wearing feathers" but not in the way that Soron seems to have wanted. Jaspian is not dressed for the Western theme, and instead showed up in his show costume.
Anyway - this should be a kickin' party - the biggest one we've ever had, complete with a live band during the day, an in-ground pool, a DJ'ed dance room at night, and an outdoor movie theater! (and of course tons and tons of food and liquor).
