Middle Finger to my mental health issues. Fuck them, seriously. Doing my damndest to fight through the anxiety/whatever the FUCK is going on right now in my head since Friday.

I'm so tired of being tired this week, I'm done with this. Feeling a little better today, but holy shit this week has been hard and I'm over it. Going to do be doing a self-care day on Saturday the 12th (34th b-day!) with a tasty breakfast, (Bacon, eggs, toast!) then a hot bath with a facemask and probably a bath bomb, then a tasty 'loco moco' which is rice, gravy, a hamburger patty, and a fried egg for dinner. Not sure what else I'm gonna do during the day, but probably gaming will happen after the hot bath (mario kart most likely)
(I'll be 'cheating' of course with pre-frozen hamburger patties (pan-frying them), & mushroom soup (I use it as a base for sauces/gravies) which I'll make into gravy with beef bullion)
