Next in my Battlefront III project is X2, the younger of the two Force-sensitive clone troopers and the main protagonist of Elite Squadron.
Character drawn in the style of Genndy Tartakovsky. Armour/outfits mostly modified from in-game models. As discussed with the X1 entry, headgear has been provided for X2's service in the Grand Army of the Republic and for his time leading Grey Squadron on behalf of the Rebel Alliance. For the Clone Wars, an ordinary Phase II clone trooper helmet with unit markings (I had to improvise a bit since all the in-game Clone Trooper colour schemes are customisable. Ended up going with a similar pattern to the Wolfpack, since Master Ferroda was assigned to Cato Neimoidea along with Plo Koon). I was unsure at first how to proceed for the Galactic Civil War era, but I ultimately went with two helmets: one ordinary Rebel Trooper helmet akin to those worn at the Battle of Endor; and one Rebel pilot helmet, since X2 is known to have piloted an X-Wing (helmet decorations also improvised with elements of Hobbie Klivian's helmet from the Battle of Hoth and Plourr Ilo from the Rogue Squadron comics). Also, I've included a Commander's insignia on his jacket. Same age details as X1, though he does seem to have aged better than his brother as of their final showdown on Mustafar (handwave that however you please).

P.S. I apologise once more for the wall of text. And a note for
MarcusStarkiller: I hope I did the DH-17 rifle justice here.

Thanks. Just have two more to draw: Rahm Kota and Col Serra. (They may not have been part of the initial Battlefront III concept, but since they’re involved in the plot for Elite Squadron- Serra in the PSP version at the very least- I figure they deserve honourable mentions.)
In the meantime, if you do end up doing your own takes on the characters I’ve done so far (which, as the record states, I’d welcome), I’d love to know if my work was helpful to you, particularly if my takes on the Clone Wars-era X1 and X2 helped you decide on a look for the ordinary clones in Ferroda’s platoon. (I might as well tell you that before I went with the Imperial Officer’s helmet for X1, I’d toyed with the idea of a Dark Trooper-esque helmet: examples here- https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/El.....e_dark_trooper ; and here: https://youtu.be/Ecukfygz37c (timestamp: 3:20))
