Stephanie is a weredog like Jada, a were-poodle to be exact. Ms Stephanie Haddingham is a former rival of Nathan's who was known for being quite a manipulative diva, who often manipulated her other friends into turning against the person they trusted the most via fabrications and lies she made up about them...often commiting various bad acts of destruction around the school campus of Carwarden, she eventually caught the eye of Mrs Davis and the other monster teachers who viewed her as a potential new member to their group, Mrs Davis herself always tended to favor Stephanie over Kirsty or even Nathan, often considering her to be a role model student despite the fact that she's a controlling bitch (literally) in nice gal clothing. Since Mrs Davis was a monster herself, it was easy to see why she choose to turn Stephanie. Basically the story goes that the students who the teachers like the most become monster teachers themselves to be their asisstants, and honor students get the weredog curse.
