Kenny and his new pal Ricky recently got into a debate on which fighting style was better. Muay Thai, or American styled Kickboxing. So like the men they are, they decided the best way to settle it is by having a match to settle who's kickboxing style is truly better. Both fighters got into the cage and got ready for war. With Kenny's Muay Thai, or Ricky's American-styled kickboxing, the fans were in for a classic battle that changed fighting today. By the look of it, Kenny's gonna use his leg kicks to his advantage!

These days, I usually stick with JKD. ( Jeet Kwon Do ) But Iwas training Kick-Boxing and Muay Thai back-to-back at one point in my later teens going into the start of my twenties.
Both disciplines are effective. Now ofcourse, I am obviously not some sort of expert or professional of any kind. I'm just the average person who started training researching and practicing self defense since my 13th birthday. I know a few things here and their and have come up with my own combination to create what works for me.
A mixture of:
kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Old-school Boxing, and with a bit of Wrestling mixed in.
( I had two friends that were on the wrestling team back in high school so I picked up a few things from watching & Reading )
I always enjoy pictures like this because it really gives a new perspective on other fighting disciplines people may or may not know very much about or at least don't give time to put extra thought into and this opened up my eyes to really understand that both of the fighting styles featured in the description really do have a good match for each other.
