It's a group balloon pic with Kilo, Sparky, Lea, Tammy, an unnamed Kiddle, and Luna. Though the pic really doesn't make that much sense. They're ally just playing and being goofs as usual.
I think both this image, and the sequence with Charlotte (popping&swearing warning) have potential, but it's unlikely that I'm going to try to finish both this month.
(If I ever make a polished version of this sketch, I'll move this version to the scraps.)
