Head needs a deep clean, new neck, new teeth, and possibly some other work!
Ventilation seems ok, but the zipper can't be fully zipped so I can't say for sure. Vision is pretty good! Only thing to consider is that the bubble eyes do distort vision some!!

Hi there! I'd be open to a payment plan of half up front, and half within a month! And I believe the most accurate measurement for the head would be that it would fit 23"
