You'd think that a detective like Dale would have seen almost every single weird thing that happened in the world, but he was in for a bit of a surprise. It was a late evening in June 2021 and Special Agent Dale Cooper had entered the town of Oakendale not expecting it to be as weird as the town of Twin Peaks, however what he discovered upon entering was more than weird than his usual amount of it...there were monsters of all kinds running around, with humans as well and he knew that there was one particular case he had to solve, the case of a mysterious killer/supernatural being known as 'Dan', 'Dan' or the Were-Aykroyd as he was called was known for possessing people and turning them into Aykroyds, he seemed to have a similar type of attribute to Bob. Dale decided to stop over for black coffee and a slice of cherry pie, his two absolute favorites before heading downtown towards the apartment of Dr Nathan Forester, he knew Nathan had something to do with this. 'Mr Cooper...what brings you here?' 'I've been brought here to solve a case.' 'I'm sure whatever case it is, it must be important.' 'Why yes, would you happen to know something about the Were-Aykroyd case?' Nathan felt nervous, as if he had commited a horrible crime and he chuckled nervously....''So you've heard about it, then?' 'Yes, he reminds me of Bob and mr dark doppelganger. Do you have anything to do with him?' He blushed a couple of times as he attempted to explain what he knew about 'Dan', explaining that Dan had a preference for people who help out. He began to pant a little as he looked over at Dale, Dale seemed concerned as he looked over at him.
"You don't seem to be in a good mood."
"I am...i'm just a little bit nervous."
Nathan seemed nervous and uneasy about what he was being asked, probably because personally Dan was connected to him and he knew that he was likely to be 'revealed' at any minute and he dreaded to think about what Dale would think of if, but knowing that Dale was used to this kind of weird supernatural experience, he knew he could trust him, but he k knew he could trust Dale. 'I know I sound a bit jumpy, it's just...uh...I don't feel too good.' He coughed a few times as he felt like he could hear a voice in his head, which he could, a voice that sounded disturbingly like Dan Aykroyd. That voice was Dan and Dan was obviously picking up that Dale was onto something and he considered him to be a threat, so that's when Dale sensed something was wrong.
"Are you alright?"
"I'm fine...ugh, maybe i'm not."
He clutched his stomach as Dale comforted him, and as he did...his skin slowly lost its imperfections and matured itself, making him look like he was in his mid 60's as his hands slowly broadened and enlarged with hairs growing on them, the hairs also spread onto his arms which grew, lengthened and broadened in the process. 'Don't look at me.' The scientist's dark blue shirt was straining as his chest and torso began to broaden and enlarge, buttons popped off it one by one as his stomach also enlarged, with a couple of stretching sounds his stomach broadened and grew, brown hairs slowly growing on it and upwards onto his chest. Nathan could hear Dan's voice in his mind, telling him to 'embrace it', he attempted to fight it but Dan's words echoed over and over...making him want to embrace what was happening to his body. He groaned as his legs grew and lengthened a little and his rear plumped up, and that's when the constant problem he had....everytime this happened he couldn't help but 'simping' over himself in his transformation state, that was not just because of how dummy thicc his 'alter-ego' was. 'Dammmn....why does my Aykroydian alter-ego have to be so sexy?' 'Wait...you're him?' 'Dale, the answer is yes. I am him, but only at night in general or whenever it gets dark.' 'I knew you had something to do with it.' 'I can't control him, that's the biggest problem of all. Sometimes he just wants to show up and do whatever he does.'
Dale did seem a little bit shocked by Nathan's transformation and at the same time he understood why Nathan acted nervously when talking about him, clearly the scientist and the Were-Aykroyd were one and the same. Nathan looked over at Dale and reached out for him to help, only to slowly grow in height from 5'7 to 5'8 and then to 5'9 and 5'10, as his shoulders and back broadened, tearing several holes in his shirt. 'I'm sorry you have to see this. To see me become this monster...' 'I'm used to it, don't worry. I felt the same way after I was trapped in the black lodge for 25 years.' He whimpered a little and appeared to break down in tears as his shoes tightened and burst apart, exposing his feet which slowly grew larger as two of the toes on each foot became stuck together, giving them a webbed appearance. He groaned a couple of times as his height went from 5'10 to 5'11 and then to 6'0 as his neckline altered, his hair becoming a bit wavier as it darkened and his forehead and brow altered, his eyebrows thickened as his eyes widened. One of Nathan's eyes turned green while the other remained brown, and his features slowly plumped up and contorted as his nose altered, broadening and developing a cleft in the middle as his jawline altered, his features slowly becoming Aykroydian in appearance. There was one more growth spurt as Nathan went up to 6'1 in height, making him taller than Dale as his features morphed and contorted themselves, making him a complete physical doppelganger of Dan Aykroyd as his voice deepened, contorting and altering to match his appearance, taking on a most Aykroydian tone as his voice sounded like Aykroyd's and less like his own, his mind and personality altered as he began to remember who he was....he was Dan, the Were-Aykroyd and now that Dale had found about it. 'I'm sorry you had to find out, Dale.' 'Is that you in there, Nathan?' 'Nathan? Oh you must mean the person who turns into me. No, I am Dan. Everyone knows that is who I am.' 'So I take it you're the Were-Aykroyd.'
"Why yes, I am. And i'm Nathan's other-self. I take over him at night or just whenever I feel like it."
"You have a preference for heroes and law enforcers, why's that?"
"Because I hate being viewed as a villain or killer even though I am one so I look up to those people."
"Say...how did you become this form anyway? I've never seen anything quite like you back in Twin Peaks."
Dan explained to Dale his story, and how he began as a persona inside Nathan's mind and developed into a fully-fleshed out being, he also explained that he could take over other people too and make them Aykroydian. But while he trusted Dale, he still kind of viewed him as a threat. 'I'm sorry to have to do this to you.' He murmured as he walked over to Dale and transferred parts of his energy and aura into his body, Dale began to feel a little bit unusual as his stomach gurgled, growing the same hairs from the transformation that happened before as it swelled and broadened, his chest and torso also sprouted those hairs as they broadened, making it look like he had put on weight, in addition to this his arms felt a little bit itchy as the same hairs sprouted on them and his arms enlarged and his hands followed suit, hairs growing on them too as his skin matured itself up a little bit and his legs underwent a change like the ones Nathan/Dan had undergone while his rear plumped up, giving him a very 'thicc' build of his own as his feet enlarged as well, luckily his clothes grew a bit to support his body.
Dale hadn't felt this kind of sensation before, he was conflicted...as two of the toes on each foot stuck together and gained a webbed appearance as his back and shoulders broadened, he shot up in height from 6'0 to 6'1, as his neckline altered...his hair darkened but stayed in the same style, but also became a bit wavier but was still recognizable as his own hair as his brow and forehead elevated and altered, his eyebrows thickened and darkened while one of his eyes turned green, the other remaining hazel brown as his nose broadened and developed a cleft in the middle, and his features slowly altered and took on the same appearance as Dan's until he looked like a kissable, Aykroydian version of how he normally looked like, he coughed as his voice deepened and contorted, altering to match his appearance, turning into a voice like Dan's as his personality altered a little but also remained the same as always only a bit more like an adorkable Dan Aykroyd character. The detective examined himself as his transformation completed itself, he was now a Were-Aykroyd, just like Dan was, but he was more of a soft-hearted one, he always was a big softy. 'That's quite right. But should I keep my last name of Cooper or should I change it to Aykroyd?' 'Special Agent Dale Aykroyd?' 'Maybe, maybe I can think this over with you.'
"I wouldn't mind that actually."
"How about we discuss it over black coffee and cherry pie? It's my favorite."
"I'd like that a lot."
The new Aykroyded up Dale Cooper sat next to Dale and the two of them bonded and shared ideas and weird dreams they both had, as they had two cups of black coffee and cherry pie, the latter was shared and they each had a slice. Dale had to admit that as strange as it was to be like this, this could come in useful and decided to give being a Were-Aykroyd a try, and after the two brainstormed, Dale decided that it was time to declare the case as a solved one, which he did, as he reached into his pocket and grabbed his tape recorder and spoke into it. 'Dianne, I have solved the case. And I think i'm going to like it here. I can honestly say this isn't half bad.' 'Dale? Is that you? You sound different. You didn't get into the lodge again, did you?' Dianne responded on the other end of the recorder. 'Oh, it's nothing really...just a bit of a throat problem, but i'm better now.' 'I was worried that you would have been corrupted again.' 'Oh no, you don't need to worry, i'm perfectly fine.' He put the recorder down and stopped recording for a bit before going out to explore the town/city a bit more, he noticed that there were quite a few Aykroyd 'doppelgangers' walking around including one with blonde hair and blue eyes, they must have been connected to Dan and they must of known him, or were related to him, he couldn't help but go off on a theory that was a mix of his own theories and an Aykroydian one. He blushed a little, acting like he didn't know why he did it.
He didn't know if he could control that aspect of his new form, but he knew that if he could figure out how to do it at will it would come in useful, and he was still able to be who he normally was, true he was a Were-Aykroyd now, but he was a Were-Aykroyd with a love of black coffee and cherry pie and a mind that was always wandering, maybe that's just how it's meant to be sometimes, sometimes we cannot control the weird things that happen to us, sometimes we are all just weird and that's alright, do you really need everything to make sense? Of course not, and if you're the type that enjoys nonsense and nonsense at its weirdest, all the better. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to be a little bit weird and out there, you'll feel better for doing it too.
"You don't seem to be in a good mood."
"I am...i'm just a little bit nervous."
