So for a HERO System campaign I'm in we were doing something similar to the Slime Isekai. And our characters just recently got named which meant we were given a new form. And instead of just finding a new image I figure I should probably just draw a new form. Partly because when thinking about magical foxes the first inclination is only to just have them be multi-tailed mimicry of a kitsune/huli-jing/etc. So I wanted to draw something that clearly looks like something that would be considered a magical fox and not have multiple tails.


The blue was because the image he used for the base form was teal and the light blue just looked slightly better as I was drawing it. Else everything else is partly because we were given the theme of our characters now having a cosmic or celestial motif. And I think it really goes well with the character, who specializes in Wind, Light and Illusion magic. Overall this probably took me around 8 hours to draw over two sittings. I think it turned out rather well. There are a few things I don't particularly like, but overall I like it, even if it does mean the character is now in canon baby blue
