I'm doing something a bit different right now, and that's trying meals from Hello Fresh. Hello fresh sends the ingredients for only what you need and include an easy to follow recipe.

For some reason they didn't send us the right portion of chicken though, we got 10oz of 2 cutlets when it should have been 4 cutlets at 20 oz.... Also they wanted you to put butter in the rice and I missed that step so the rice is okay but needs soy sauce.
Overall though, this was very tasty! I don't know what exactly is in the katsu sauce they includes but I'm sure I can find a recipe so I can replicate this recipe with ingredients I got myself.
