So this is the updated version of Knight Ethan from the old posted one before here

The SteelHeart clan is still a section of the clan from the main "Heart" Clan. His Grandfather was a Weretiger and his Grandmother had a magical gift to negate the "Lycanthrope" curse. Which allowed them to be human.
Ethan would still be technically Human but to do the magic blood in his veins he changed into a wolf pup when he turned 1 year old.
Ethan's family
Father- Human High General of an army or leader of a Mercenary army
Mother- A kitsune who is a very powerful Monk, or a Drow swordswomen
Older Brother- He would be human following their fathers footsteps
Younger Sister- A Lycan-born like Ethan but a Fox who would be a monk.
Story
So either way Ethan would be born to a family that are military leaders that want their sons to follow in their footsteps. To Ethan's father, the negating blood from his Mother also affected his children. Even though he married a Kitsune, or Drow they would still bear human children because of Ethans Grandmother and since they are the second generation the magic inside them caused issues or gifts to happen.
Ethan's Brother can live longer than any regular human up to about 350 years, with Ethan and their sister as well. The lycanthrope curse was changed due to their grandmother's gift and caused it to change the person predominately into their hybrid form without the full benefits of being a werebeast.
For Ethan when he was born he was human at first and at the age of 1 year old he transformed into the werewolf-like being he is now. Most people saw this as a heavy curse but since Ethan lived with it his whole life he saw no issue with it, but some considered it to be a new subrace for humans called "Lycan-born".
When Ethan grew old enough to train and fight he was also gifted with the ability to summon his past self to appear and fight for him. This other gift was rare in their country and only 28 other people could call upon it being known as "Echo Knights".
