Thoughts: I love me a good lemony tabbouleh, though this particular recipe doesn't use as much lemon as I'd like, the lemon taste is kind of subtle. I've also never had tabbouleh without cilantro or with bell peppers (I left the bell peppers out) Also this dish is a little bit spicy, which I've also not experienced with tabbouleh. Does it satisfy my tabbouleh craving? Not really. BUT it is still tasty as its own thing for sure.
