Thoughts: Yummm this is tasty. Though if you're not big on spinach you probably wouldn't like this, the spinach flavor is very strong. Also I think every flavor is important in this one, without a certain ingredient it wouldn't come together quite as nicely as it does. On a side note, I do know how to make gnocchi from scratch, but not spinach gnocchi... I haven't tried making it in yeeears though and I know gnocchi can be finicky.
