But that aside, it's that time of year where foals are getting ready to touch down on the island to which they are native.
And already a couple can be seen beside their dams. Won't be too long and there will no shortage of small, colourful and curious foals running around.
There's a a couple studs among the group, not all that phased by the cute arrivals.
