I love your using blues for the background as well as the machoke and machop! It helps set the mood really well.
The confident and calm look on the machoke's face then goes great with the kind of surprised look on the machop's! And I also like that well, this isn't the same an umbrella or anything haha, the machop still is getting rained on a little. Just the bulk of it is being blocked.
