Chuong: Well there is Singapore; basically the modern-day Kriegland. The biggest difference is that due to that country's hygiene laws, padding and drumbum performances are to be done at the beaches and indoors in some places only since the streets get a lot of pedestrian traffic outside and nobody wants anyone carrying dirt from outside indoors from padding.
Zax: Singapore is also the only successful authoritarian country on Earth that even other democracies look up to Singapore. They're logical, straightforward, and precise.
