Thoughts: It's good soup but I much prefer spinach to kale in the soup, kale adds a kind of weird texture while spinach is soft and almost melts in your mouth. The couscous is better than orzo, though, orzo always absorbs a ton of the water but couscous I noticed doesn't do this.
