What the crap!? This is an unbelievably sweet and sexy surprise! 8D 
Saw the message on my Shout! section earlier today after having an already long day taking care of things, and as tired as I was before, this just perked me right up! :D
Like, I haven't even finished the backstory behind that other pic you gave me before, and this just makes me realize that the backstory I gave for the one before this one is completely useless and wrong if we're going by Cats & Co. storyline here (which I haven't truly been following, sorry!)! ;>w< You are too unbelievably sweet and amazingly kind to do such another gift for me! ;w; And I'm currently dealing with a death in the family, so whatever the reason you did making me this awesome pic... It couldn't have come at a better time to help cheer me up, man! Thank you so much! :'D
Where to even begin!? Superb job once again styling the characters in that vintage Catillac Cats quality of animation! The VHS-quality effect added on really enhances said style, especially with the rather "grainy" look that overlays the image, blurring the picture quality and giving it that movie tape authenticity! Interesting situation that she's set up in! Excellent work on the posing, getting her nice and comfortable whilst otherwise restricted to such a bound position; simple but effective in executing that positioning of her arms and legs laced up in duct tape (that must not be comfortable ripping off of fur, lol)! Man, that's one of my big weakness seeing furry gals like Leona in such simple perilous OTM/OTN gag and bondage combos! So cute! >///w///< Smart idea with the contrasting expressions of captured concern and smug intrigue between Leona and SlatzCat (whoever he is) respectively; very engaging and fitting for both furs there! Wardrobe on Leona is down to the last detail and made to look aeshtetically pleasing even in such a retro style which I love even more! Her hairdo/mane - while akin to the sweet vintage cartoony style - once again maintains its anime appeal quite nicely! Leona's colour palettes are down-pat, too! The colouring for the rest of the drawing is amazing as well! The shading is impressive as are the hard shadows and how wavy they look!
While I am more for the cloth gags as opposed to tape gags (again, that cannot be comfortable ripping off of fur, lol), the damsel in distress appeal is still captured with this method of gag and bondage! X///3 As for the markings, as much as I hate to nitpick, she's sadly missing her pink heart tattoo on her left arm, and while the cheek markings are present, they should be paralell to her jawline; they look almost vertical here. >w< lol
That said, if nothing can be done, I can overlook it all this time around.
Aside from those observations, I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to receive this piece, Ty! I don't know how you do it, but you never cease to bring a smile to my muzzle with this kind of content! Thank you very much once again!
Man... I still need to draw something for you someday, and I feel so terrible not drawing anything for you yet after having already received three drawings from you! I'm so sorry! ;>w<
Once things are settled my end, I will most definitely re-post on my page (giving you credit of course)!
And who knows? I might think of a backstory for this one and of course a better one for the wall-climbing pic preceding this image (or at least some placeholder text till I can write something)! X3c

Leona is bound with straps, like leather, so there will not be much hurt from removing those. X3
The heart mark, I will just have to remember that for next time.
And actually, the lineart for this picture was drawn last year! It has just been sitting around for a while, and when I could not decide which relaxing picture I should color, I used RNG to select this one. x3
