Talk to the raccoon and ask his name, stats/skills, if he is on any quests or needs help, if he is rich, and if he has any useful loot or information. While doing this get the raccoon as drunk as can be, along with a party member or two for the hell of it.

Ask if the raccoon is a scholar? (due to glasses) if not what skills does he have?
