Rennega is a priest of a very secluded race of turtle like people. The priests are able to manipulate the elements earth, fire, water, wind, and soul very easily through years of training. Through this training they also gain the ability to see the world as the elements that make it up but lose their natural sight in the process.

Her 'hair' is actually a fleshy membrane that covers the back of her head and goes around her neck. She does not have a mouth and cannot chew food so instead eats by 'absorbing' food through the 'mouth' area. This does not, however, prevent her from talking. It is still a mystery as to how they do so.
