The caretaker template does not influence the average maroth's personality. Rather the maroth's personality affects them becoming a caretaker template. A personality ideal for a caretaker template is one that makes a point to take care of others in their lives, through nurturing, compassion... and mother's intuition. The template is not perfect of course, and some skirt the edge of what's reasonable for the genetic template; but sometimes those are the most effective in their roles.
The way I draw Fajra is a little difficult-- while the basic color scheme is very simple with its yellows and oranges, the way I make her look like she's glowing is a little more work. I have to start by darkening the image first, then use a glow dodge layer on top, brighter in the middle and darker at the edges; especially noticeable in her hair and tails. Honestly it's worth it though, and I won't be changing it any time soon.
