Sometimes we just wake up feeling the blues, waking up and feeling that immense sadness that burns through your soul and continues wrecking its way out. ~
Thankfully I woke up in a better mood this morning, but still at 4am feeling pretty out of it. Not sure why my sleep is getting shorter, but it is.
Like the need for sleeping is being scared off by the night terrors for a few days. Then back to Night Terrors, Sleep Paralysis and then the Insomnia cycle continues.
Its sucks, but i'm learning to live this way.
